On certain vehicles, the water through hole in the bottom of the left rear panel is blocked by filler material (intended for use in gaps on the vehicle body). In such a case, water such as rainwater is trapped inside the panel and it could cause rust on the electric connector for the fuel pump. If this happens, the fuel pump fails to operate, and the vehicle becomes stalled.

Correction:
The water through hole should be inspected, and if it is blocked, the filler should be removed from the hole, and the connector should be replaced with a new one if if it has rust on it.
