On certain vehicles, the bush installed on the outer handle for the rear door was reused when the handle was dismantled at a dealer to adjust the door opening, due to insufficient information on the adjustment of the left and right rear doors opening. If the vehicle continues to be driven with such reused bush, the bush may be damaged, causing the rod connecting the outer handle and the door lock assembly to come off, in which case the window wound down during driving could push the rod, resulting in the door opening.

Correction:
The bushes of the outer handles for the rear doors should be replaced with new ones, and the caution labels about bush replacement ("If this joint is taken out, the joint bush should be replaced with a new one.") should be placed on the joint sections of the outer handles. Also, the correction should be made on the maintenance manual for service shops.
