On certain rear tandem axle vehicles, there is cleaning fluid residue on the rear-rear axle, because cleaning fluid entered into the hollow of the axle during the cleaning process after the manufacturing process and the axle was accidentally installed without removing the cleaning fluid. The cleaning fluid may mix into hub grease and degrade it, and consequently the hub bearings could burn out, which could in the worst case cause the vehicle to stall.

Correction:
The inside of the rear-rear axle should be inspected, and if white turbidity is found in the hub grease or cleaning fluid is present, the cleaning fluid should be removed, and the hub bearings and hub grease should be replaced with new ones.
