On certain vehicles, the bolt connecting the exhaust manifold and the exhaust pipe is not securely tightened, and it may become loose allowing exhaust gases to leak, which will heat the air tube made of nylon. If, in the worst case, the tube melts allowing air to escape, the emergency brake may be activated, causing the vehicle to stall.

Correction:
(1) The exhaust pipe joint should be inspected for tightness and a gas leak, and if there is a problem, it should be rectified. (2) If the air tube is damaged, it should be replaced. (3) The heat shield plate should be installed near the exhaust pipe joint.
