For the V rods that connect the vehicle frame and the rear axles, the torque of the bolts on the frame side is not sufficient. If this problem is left unattended, the rods may rattle around the fixing sections, and at worst, the rear axles could become wobbly, in which case the tyres and the frame might interfere with each other, causing the vehicle to stall.

Correction: 
The V rod bolts on the frame side should be checked for torque, and the ones with insufficient torque should be tightened to the specified torque. The damaged bolts, V rods and brackets should be replaced with new ones.
