There is a possibility that the shim that is installed between the front axle and the right leaf spring to adjust the height of the cab is too thick and that as a result the centre pin is not properly fitted. If this problem is left unattended, the front axle may be dislodged by a shock from a road surface. If such dislodgement occurs, the castor angle would be off, and in the worst case, the vehicle's stability would be adversely affected.

Correction: 
The thickness of the shim should be checked, and if it is over the specified value, the centre pin and the shim should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units.
