There is a glitch in the computer program that calculates the accumulated particulate matter inside the diesel particulate filter (DPF). Therefore, when the vehicle is driven under high load at low revs, the automatic regeneration function of the DPF (burning off the caught particulate matter) may not be activated as designed, in which case, a lot of particulate matter could accumulate and cause the engine to malfunction, and in the worst case, the engine could stop and fail to restart.

Correction: 
The program should be modified. Also, the amount of particulate matter inside the DPF should be checked, and if is above the standard, the DPF assembly should be replaced with a new one.
