The front lower arm and the knuckle of certain vehicles may not be tightly riveted, and therefore the knuckle may come off when the vehicle hits a curbstone etc., in which case the vehicle will become undrivable.

The front lower arms should be inspected, and the ones that are not tightly riveted should be replaced with quality assured items.
