For vehicles with electric soft tops, the seat belt can be wedged between the backrest and the soft top cover, which is used while the soft top is stored, because the shape of the cover is improper. At worst, retracting the seat belt in emergency situations could be delayed, and the effectiveness of the seat belt may be reduced.

For the front shock absorber, the knuckle where the lower arm is attached does not have sufficient strength margin to allow for severe driving conditions such as circuit driving, which cause excessive stress on the attachment part. Therefore, such conditions can cause the lower arm attachment part to break from fatigue, and in the worst case the vehicle could stall.

For the seat belt take-up reel, the shape of the actuator in the lock mechanism (G sensor) is improper, and therefore it may happen that the seat belt is kept locked, and in the worst case it becomes impossible to pull out the seat belt.

The gasket of the ignition plug can become deformed due to thermal load at high revs because the combination of the engine and the gasket is improper. The deformed gasket can break loose and cause abnormal noise, damage on the cylinder head threads, and malfunction of the ignition plug resulting in engine disorder, which illuminates the engine system warning light. At worst, combustion gas gushes out, and the ignition coil is damaged by it and a short circuit occurs, which results in the blown ignition fuse, causing the engine to stall and not to start.
