The traction hooks on the front of the vehicle can easily convey the impact of hitting a road surface to the airbag sensor due to their shape, and therefore, there is a risk that the airbag(s) are deployed at low speed, when they are not needed to protect the occupant(s).

RJ-0704-0

On certain front wheel drive vehicles, the left rear brake hose is damaged at the time of installation of the rear suspension. If left unfixed, brake fluid can leak from the damaged brake hose, which in the worst case could result in reduced brake efficiency.

RJ-0819-0

On certain vehicles, some of the bolts securing the bases for child seat brackets that are installed on the left and right rear seats are missing (not installed). There is a risk that these bases with the bolts missing could not hold the child seats if great loads are imposed on the child seats in a collision.

RJ-0829-0

On certain 4WD vehicles, the bolts securing the rotary blade coupling (use to transfer driving force to rear wheels in accordance with road conditions and driving conditions) at the centre of the propeller shaft can become loose causing abnormal noise because the screw holes are not properly made. If this problem is left unattended, the bolts may fall off, and the joint between the coupling and the propeller shaft can come off causing the vehicle to stall.

RJ-0523-1

On certain vehicles, there is not adequate serration in the joints at both ends of the fuel distributor. If left unfixed, the quick connectors can come off causing fuel to leak, which in the worst case could result in a fire.

RJ-0523-2

On certain vehicles, the measurement of the fuel distributor supply pipe (external diameter of the bulge) is different from the specified value. If left unfixed, the quick connectors can come off causing fuel to leak, which in the worst case could result in a fire.

RJ-0526-1

On certain front wheel drive vehicles, the breather hose on the fuel tank is damaged due to the improper installation process. If left unfixed, in the worst case, fuel leakage could occur.

RJ-0445-0

On certain vehicles, there are hair cracks in the intake and exhaust valve springs due to inadequate heat treatment. If left unfixed, the valves can break causing unstable engine operation and abnormal noise, and in the worst case, the piston could break causing the engine to stall.
