The radiator upper hose should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit, and the hose clamps should be replaced with new ones.

Correction:
The radiator upper hose is not secured properly to the pipe because the hose clams are not appropriate for the hose length, and therefore the hose can be affected by a pulling force due to engine vibration and at worst the hose could come off, in which case coolant leaks resulting in overheating.
