The computer should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit. Also, the DPF and the exhaust temperature sensor should be inspected, and the damaged one should be replaced with a new. After the replacement of the computer is carried out, it becomes possible that engine oil is diluted with fuel depending on the usage of the DPF, and therefore, the following actions should be taken; (1) the oil level gauge should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit with which the dilution of engine oil can be checked. (2) The caution sticker that explains how to check the amount of engine oil should be placed on the sun visor. (3) The engine oil should be changed and the amount should be adjusted to the correct level. (4) The caution sticker that explains what to do when the DPF light is illuminated etc. should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit. (5) The users manual should be replaced with the one that includes additional information about what to do when the DPF light is illuminated etc. and the regular maintenance.
