Illegal high power CB radio transmission interferes with the wheel speed sensor circuit, the ABS ECU may incorrectly detect wheel locking. If this happens, the ABS control valve may operate erroneously, causing abnormal noises, and in the worst case, braking efficiency is adversely affected.

Correction: 
The ABS ECU should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit, and also, the wheel speed sensor, the ABS control valve, the electric harness and the pipe should be replaced accordingly. Nevertheless, if the ECU is interchangeable, only the ECU should be replaced.
