The wiring of the temperature sensor circuit for the catalyst overheat warning system, which illuminates a warning lamp when the temperature of the catalyst in the gaseous emissions control equipment becomes high, is improper. Because of this, the warning lamp is not illuminated even when the catalyst temperature becomes abnormally high.

Correction: 
The two wires (one in blue and the other in red and blue) should be cut, and rewired (swapped).
