For driving school vehicles, the water shielding structure of the vacuum brake booster for the instructor is not adequate, and therefore water may enter the inside of the air valve. If this occurs, at worst, the penetrated water can freeze adversely affecting the performance of the vacuum brake booster, in which case the driver needs to press harder on the brake pedal than normal.

Correction: 
The rubber cover should be installed over the air valve of the vacuum brake booster, and the upper diaphragm should be replaced with a new one.
