On certain vehicles, the accelerator lever and the idle up lever on the fuel injection pump interfere with each other, because there is not sufficient gap between them when they are in action. If left unfixed, in the worst case, it could happen that the engine revs do not fall.

Correction:
The accelerator lever and the idle up lever should be inspected, and if there is a possibility that they interefere with each other, the idle up actuator should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit.
