The screw length of the piston rod in the brake booster is insufficient, and its joint with the air piston may become loose. If left unfixed, it may happen that releasing the brake pedal does not bring back the piston rod immediately. At worst, damping force decreases.

On certain vehicles, the accelerator lever and the idle up lever on the fuel injection pump interfere with each other, because there is not sufficient gap between them when they are in action. If left unfixed, in the worst case, it could happen that the engine revs do not fall.

There is a glitch in the ECU program that controls ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), and because of it, ABS may happen to be activated when braking while at the same time steering during travel on a rough road at low speed. If this happens, the applied braking force can be more than expected by the driver.

RJ-0503-0

For the engine that has a turbocharger with intercooler, on certain vehicles, the fuel filter is defective in manufacturing. If left unfixed, in the worst case, the fuel filter may crack causing fuel leakage.
