The electrical wiring for the alternator is not properly routed, and therefore the plastic bands securing the wiring may be damaged by heat from the exhaust pipe. If this problem is left unattended, the wiring may interfere with the exhaust pipe, causing a short circuit, and in the worst case, the engine could stall and would not restart.

The electrical wiring for the alternator should be rerouted and secured with the additional metal clip. Also, if the wiring is damaged, it should be replaced with a new one.
