On certain vehicles, the oil pump shaft inside the 6 speed manual transmission does not have sufficient strength due to improper heat treatment, and the shaft may break and be caught between the mission case and the internal gear, in which case the mission case may break allowing oil to leak. If the vehicle continues to be driven in such a condition, in the worst case it could stall.

Correction:
The oil pump shaft should be inspected, and if it is damaged, the transmission should be replaced with a non-defective one, otherwise the oil pump shaft assembly should be replaced with a non-defective one.
