The spindle in the tensioner of the two-point seat belt installed on the second row rotatable bench seat is improperly formed. Because of this, the lock mechanism of the belt may not function properly. As a result, an occupant or a child seat may not be held on impact of collision. Also, when the seat belt is forcibly pulled out for installing a child seat, its internal part may get damaged, and it may become impossible to retract the belt.
