For the power train, the anti-loosening lock nuts used on the right front drive shaft, the front propeller shaft and the rear propeller shaft are of the wrong type, so they might have been deformed in the installing process. If this problem is left unattended, the nuts may loosen, and in the worst case, the power train could come off, causing the vehicle to stall.

For vehicles with automatic transmissions, inappropriate material is used for the check valve that is to maintain the negative pressure of the vacuum brake booster. Therefore, there is a risk that the valve may stick closed while the vehicle is parked with the engine stopped and that the valve may fail to open, when the brake pedal is depressed while the vehicle is driven at low speed right after starting with the accelerator pedal not depressed.

For the fuel tank, the shape of the section where the fuel pump is secured on may not be right due to improper molding process. If this problem is left unattended, the nuts that secure the fuel pump may lose the tightening force, which could allow the fuel to leak when the tank is full.

The tailgate-side brackets for the tailgate stoppers do not have sufficient strength, because some portions are too thin due to the improper molding process. Those portions may crack from vibration during driving and stress caused by repeated opening/closing of the tailgate, and in the worst case, the bracket could break, and this could cause the stopper to come off, leading to a fall of the tailgate.

On certain vehicles, there is not sufficient space between the left rear wheel brake pipe and the shock absorber, because the brake pipe was deformed by its installation due to the improper shape. Consequently, the interference between the pipe and the shock absorber during travel may damage the brake pipe, and in the worst case, it could cause brake fluid leakage, resulting in reduced brake efficiency.
