There is not sufficient space between the insulator installed on the plastic fuel tank and the exhaust pipe, and therefore the insulator and the exhaust pipe can interfere with each other when the tank swells. In such a case, the insulator may reach a high temperature, and at worst the fuel tank could melt and leave a hole through which fuel leaks, and this could result in a fire.

Correction: 
The plastic tank should be inspected, and the glass wool should be placed between the tank and the insulator. If the tank has melted or the retainer is missing, the tank should be replaced with a new one.
