For the resin part of the CPU built in the control unit that controls airbags, there may be foreign objects mixed in the process of manufacturing, and they may affect the properties of the compound material, which was unsuitable for the purpose. If the wires inside the CPU crack as a result of this problem and the vehicle continues to be driven after that, the wires may disconnect, and in the worst case, the airbags might inflate unexpectedly.

There is not sufficient space between the insulator installed on the plastic fuel tank and the exhaust pipe, and therefore the insulator and the exhaust pipe can interfere with each other when the tank swells. In such a case, the insulator may reach a high temperature, and at worst the fuel tank could melt and leave a hole through which fuel leaks, and this could result in a fire.

For the front direction indicators in the front combination lights, on certain vehicles, contact pressure between the housing side terminals and the bulb socket side terminals is not sufficient due to internal measurement error of the terminal attachment parts of the housings, and this can cause poor contact between the terminals. As result of it, it may occur that the front direction indicators are not illuminated and the direction indicators flash more frequently than normal.

(1) For vehicles with front fog lights, The method with which the socket holders for the front fog lights are secured is not appropriate, and therefore, the holders may fall off the light cases along with the bulbs, afater the attachments parts repeatedly expand and contract as the lights are turned on and off. This may cause the surrounding plastic parts to melt, which in the worst case could result in a fire.

(2) On certain vehicles, the float to detect a decrease in the amount of brake fluid is stuck on the guides due to the process of pouring brake fluid into the reservoir tank, and therefore, the brake fluid warning light may not illuminate even when the amount of brake fluid is too low.
