For front tandem axle vehicles, (1) the link rod may interfere with the tyre when the vehicle goes over a bump while the steering wheel is turned to the max, due to its unsuitable shape. If this problem is left unattended, in the worst case, the rod could break, making accurate steering impossible. (2) The brake pipe may interfere with the tyre when the vehicle goes over a bump while the steering wheel is turned to the max, due to its unsuitable shape. If this problem is left unattended, in the worst case, the pipe could be damaged, allowing air to leak, which could result in reduced braking efficiency.

Correction: 
(1) The link rod should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit, and the steering stopper should be adjusted. On certain vehicles, this measure is not sufficient, and the brake pipe and the power steering pipe also should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units to prevent the link rod from interfering with them. (2) The brake pipe should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit
