On certain vehicles with DOHC, there is a flaw in the camshaft for exhaust valve (on the boss for lubricant), caused during manufacturing. If this problem is left unattended, in the worst case, the camshaft for exhaust valve may break, making opening/closing of the valve impossible, and in which case the engine stops and will not restart.

The camshaft for exhaust valve should be checked, and if it is not the factory approved replacement unit, it should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit.
