Component:
fuel system (fuel injector pipes)
Correction:
The brackets for the clamps securing the fuel injector pipes and the high-pressure pipes should be checked, and if the factory approved replacement units are not in place yet, the replacements should be carried out, the clamps should be tightened to the specified torque, and the caution plate displaying the maintenance notices should be placed on the side of the engine. In addition, for the clamps that are tightened by bolts (circled with a red line on the diagram), if the clamps have not been replaced with the factory approved replacement units, they should be replaced, and for the for the clamps that are tightened by nuts (circled with a dotted line on the diagram), adhesive should be applied to the threads of the stud bolts. Incidentally, it will take time to supply all the factory approved replacement units, and therefore as a temporary measure, the problematic parts should be inspected, and if the high-pressure pipes are loose, or the fuel injector pipes or the high-pressure pipes are damaged, the permanent countermeasures should be implemented.
Identification:
sticker ('HD-25' is written), blue one for the temporary measure and white/yellow one for the permanent countermeasures, near the striker on the rear door pillar on the passenger's side for trucks, on the upper corner on the back of the inspection lid located at the left rear of the vehicle body for buses
