For the fuel injection system, the shape of the high-pressure fuel pipes is not appropriate and the structure of their clamps is not proper, and therefore, the clamp bolts may loosen or break from engine vibration, causing the clamps to fall off. If this problem is left unattended, the pipes may crack, allowing fuel to leak, and in the worst case, the engine would stall and would not restart.
