For the fuel injection system, the structure of the clamps securing the high-pressure fuel pipes is not proper, and therefore, the clamp bolts may loosen from engine vibration, causing the clamps to fall off. If this problem is left unattended, the pipes may crack, allowing fuel to leak, and in the worst case, the engine would stall and would not restart.

Correction: 
For the clamps that are tightened by bolts (circled with a red line on the diagram), should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units, and for the clamps that are tightened by nuts (circled with a dotted line on the diagram), adhesive should be applied to the threads of the stud bolts and the nuts should be tightened to the specified torque. Also, the pipes that are damaged or have any missing clamps should be replaced with new ones. In addition, the caution plate displaying the maintenance notices should be placed on the top side of the engine.
