On certain vehicles with flywheel PTO, the stay of the clutch release cylinder may be fastened with the cylinder not appressed to the flywheel housing, because the clutch release cylinder's side of the flywheel housing is not properly molded. This problem may lead to cracks on the stay and in the worst case to a fall of the cylinder, in which case it would become impossible to release the clutch.

Correction: 
The shape of the flywheel housing should be modified, and the clutch release cylinder should be replaced with a new one.
