The fuel pump impeller may absorb fuel and deform due to inappropriate material, and may consequently interfere with the impeller case. If this problem is left unattended, in the worst case, the impeller could stop rotating, causing the fuel pump to stop functioning, in which case the engine would stop and would not restart.

Correction: 
The fuel pump should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit whose impeller is made of a different material. For SWIFT, the fuel pump should be replaced with a conventional one (used for vehicles manufactured before October 2004).
