For the tension pulley that maintains constant tension of the power steering pump belt, its outer resin part may break due to the wrong choice of materials. If this occurs, abnormal noise may be generated, and in the worst case, the belt could come off the power steering pump pulley, making the steering heavier.

The fuel pie may crack from engine vibration etc., due to its improper shape. If this problem is left unattended, the crack may progress further, resulting in a fuel leakage.

For the left case of the rear differential, there may be cracks, which occurred when the case was taken out of the mold, because the mold release agent was not sufficiently used and consequently the case adhered to the mold. Such cracks may grow as the vehicle continues to be driven and allow oil to leak, and in the worst case, the vehicle could stall.

The fuel pump impeller may absorb fuel and deform due to inappropriate material, and may consequently interfere with the impeller case. If this problem is left unattended, in the worst case, the impeller could stop rotating, causing the fuel pump to stop functioning, in which case the engine would stop and would not restart.

On certain vehicles, the cylinder-sensing rotor on the camshaft is not correctly positioned. If left unfixed, fuel supply may be delayed, in which case combustion will not be properly performed and the engine will not run smoothly, and at worst the catalyst may be damaged, causing the vehicle emissions to exceed the standards.

For the fuse in the harness for the air conditioning system, the terminals have a defective waterproofing structure and an insufficient heat resistance. Therefore, they may corrode when rainwater enters into the fuse holder, which can cause contact resistance to increase, and they may deform from heat produced by electric current. If this causes a contact failure and an arc discharge is generated by vibration during driving, in the worst case, a fire could break out.
