Water droplets that form inside the intake manifold during driving can enter the fuel pressure regulator through the vacuum hose due to improper routing of the vacuum hose. These water droplets can freeze in the pressure regulator when the engine is stopped while ambient temperature is very low, and in which case, the pressure regulator could stop working, and at worst fuel could leak from the joints between the fuel hoses and pipes when the engine is started.

The structure of the part where the strut of the front shock absorber is secured to the frame is improper. If left unfixed, the bolts securing the strut support can break, and in the worst case, the strut could come off, causing the vehicle to stall.
