The cooling hoses of the hydrodynamic auxiliary brake attached to the transmission do not have sufficient durability, and they may crack from vibration during driving and might come off. If the vehicle continues to be driven in such a state, a large quantity of cooling water could run off, and in the worst case the engine would burn out and the vehicle would stall.

Correction: 
The cooling hoses should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units. If the oil cooler is at a specific position (it is not, in most cases), the parts connected to the hoses should be replaced with he factory approved replacement units.
