For the vehicles whose shock absorbers have been changed from leaf spring type to air spring type, the arms of the stabilinker, which connects the rear axle and the frame (act as both a torque rod and a stabilizer), may crack at a sharp turn, due to a lack of strength. If this problem is left unfixed, such cracks may advance, and subsequently the arm could break, in which case the rear axle would become misaligned, causing the vehicle to stall.
