For the engine, the check valves of the oil injection unit, which is to cool the pistons, do not have sufficient rigidity, and therefore, they might have deformed at the time of assembling. The deformed check valve may stop oil injection, in which case the piston will not be cooled. If this condition continues, the temperature of the piston will rise, and as result, the check valve may crack, which could lead to oil leakage and fire, or the piston and cylinder may burn, which could cause the vehicle to stall.

Correction: 
For each cylinder, the check valve should be inspected for the function, and if it does not function properly, the piston assembly (piston, cylinder liner etc.) should be replaced with a new one. In addition, all the check valves should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units. Incidentally, it is likely to take time to supply all the factory approved replacement units, and therefore as a temporary measure, if the oil injection unit works properly, the check valves should be replaced at a later date.
