The structure of the clip to hold the fuel injection pipe is not appropriate, and therefore, it may come off due to engine vibration etc. If this problem is left unattended, the fuel injection pipe or the flow damper (the part that controls the flow) may break, resulting in a fuel leak.

Correction: 
The clip and the clip bolt should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units. In addition, if the clip is loose, the fuel injection pipe and the flow damper should be replaced with new ones.
