For tank trucks, the position of the metal brackets securing the tank and the chassis frame is not appropriate, and therefore, the frame around the brackets may crack. If this problem is left unattended, the cracks may grow, and in the worst case, the frame could break and cause the vehicle to stall.

Correction: 
The frame should be inspected for cracks, and if there is any crack, the frame should be repaired. Also, for all the vehicles, the position of the metal brackets should be changed.
