The electrical circuit of the horn is not properly routed, and therefore, turning the steering wheel may put stress on the wiring. If this problem is left unattended, the wiring may be damaged, and in the worst case, it could break, in which case the horn would stop functioning.

Correction: 
The steering lower cover should be replaced with the factory approved replacement unit, and the clock spring assembly should be replaced with a new one.
