The countermeasures of RJ-1564-0 were not appropriate, so some CVTs with worn oil pump vanes were not replaced. If the vehicle with such CVT continues to be driven, the vanes may prematurely wear out, which may cause the oil pump to fail to sustain the right pressure. If this occurs, in the worst case, the oil pump could break, causing the vehicle to stall.

Correction:
The oil pump vanes should be checked for their wear. If they do not satisfy the inspection standards, the CVT should be replaced with the one with the factory approved replacement oil pump, and if they do, the oil pump should be replaced with the one with the factory approved replacement unit.
