For the fuel injection pump of the diesel engine, the i-bolt of the fuel return pipe does not have sufficient tightening strength, and therefore, it may loosen, if it repeatedly interferes with the protective cover of the rubber hose due to engine vibration etc. If this problem is left unattended, a fuel leak might occur.

Correction: 
The surrounding area of the i-bolt should be checked for the presence of a fuel leak. If it is present, the bolt should be tightened with adequate force. If it is not present, the washer for the bolt should be replaced with a new one, and the bolt should be tightened with adequate force.
