RJ-2119-3

For the fuel injection pump of the diesel engine, the i-bolt of the fuel return pipe does not have sufficient tightening strength, and therefore, it may loosen, if it repeatedly interferes with the protective cover of the rubber hose due to engine vibration etc. If this problem is left unattended, a fuel leak might occur.

RJ-2119-2

The clutch inside the pulley of the alternator may not be adequately sealed, and therefore, the lubricant inside the clutch may leak and cause the clutch to break, which could generate abnormal noise. If this problem is left unattended, in the worst case, the pulley would fall off.

RJ-2119-1

For the front hub bearings, the knuckle pinch bolts may have excessive tightening strength, and the bearings may be deformed. If this problem is left unattended, the inside of the bearings may be damaged and abnormal noise may be generated, and in the worst case, the bearings could break, which could cause the vehicle to stall.

RJ-2176-0

The clutch inside the pulley of the alternator may not be adequately sealed, and therefore, the lubricant inside the clutch may leak and cause the clutch to break, which could generate abnormal noise. If this problem is left unattended, in the worst case, the pulley would fall off. Note: This problem was submitted on the 30th May 2008 as RJ-2119-2, but not all the vehicles were included in that recall, so additional vehicles are included in this recall.

RJ-0791-0

For the fusible link of the lights etc. circuit on ambulances with high specifications, the capacity is insufficient and the shape of the terminals is improper, and therefore, continuous use of the electric system with high load can cause the terminals to heat. The heat can cause the resin of the terminals to melt, and the melted resin may go between the terminals breaking electrical continuity, in which case the head lights, width indicators, break lights, hazard lights, horn, and/or defroster may fail to illuminate or function.
