The electrical wiring connector in the instrument panel is not well positioned, and therefore, condensation water may seep into the connector. If this problem is left unattended, a short circuit may occur, in which case the direction indicators, the horn, the window wipers, the headlights and/or the airbag warning light could malfunction.

Correction: 
The position of the connector should be changed. Also, the connector terminals should be inspected, and if there is rust on them, the connector should be replaced with a new one.
