For the oil cooler hoses supplied for the countermeasure of RJ-2412-0 recall submitted on 12th November 2009, they may have a tendency of coming out of the pipes. If this problem is left unattended and the hose comes off, in the worst case, the leaked oil could come in contact with the exhaust pipe, resulting in a fire.

Correction:
The oil cooler hoses and the hose clamps should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units, and screw type clamps should be additionally installed. Incidentally, the cause of the problem is still unknown, so this is an interim measure. When the cause becomes clear and an additional measure is needed, another recall will be submitted.
