For the flat cable inside the steering roll connector of certain vehicles, chemical stress cracks may appear on the surface due to the grease applied at factory, whose quality was not consistent. If this problem is left unattended, a contact failure may occur, in which case the driver's airbag and/or the horn could fail to operate properly.

Correction: 
The manufacturing lot number on the steering roll connector should be checked, and if it is the subject of this recall, it should be replaced with a quality assured item.
