For the crank shaft oil seal on the engine front case of certain vehicles, it may have deformed and lost some effectiveness, due to inconsistent manufacturing of engine front cases and/or excessive pressing force applied when installing the oil seal. Therefore, the oil seal may come off, allowing the engine oil to leak, which would cause the oil pressure warning light to illuminate. If this problem is left unattended, the components inside the engine could burn, causing the vehicle to stall.

Correction: 
The area around the oil seal should be inspected, and if there is no oil leak, the plate that is to stop the oil seal coming off should be additionally installed on the engine front case. If there is an oil leak, the oil seal should be replaced with a new one, and the plate should be additionally installed on the engine front case.
