For the crank shaft oil seal on the engine front case of certain vehicles, it may have deformed and lost some effectiveness, due to inconsistent manufacturing of engine front cases and/or excessive pressing force applied when installing the oil seal. Therefore, the oil seal may come off, allowing the engine oil to leak, which would cause the oil pressure warning light to illuminate. If this problem is left unattended, the components inside the engine could burn, causing the vehicle to stall.

For the welfare vehicles that are modified to have a tailgate lift, the weight sensor that is to detect if a wheel chair is loaded has an exposed switch terminal. If a hook of the shock absorber spring breaks, the spring may touch the switch terminal, and in the worst case, the lift might operate even when the operational switch is not manually operated.

For welfare vehicles whose rear floor is modified to accommodate a wheelchair (lift vehicles and vehicles with kneel down system), on some of them, the lateral rod bracket is not securely attached on the rear side member because it is inadequately welded. If left unfixed, the rear side member could crack, and in the worst case, the bracket comes off the vehicles body causing damage on the left rear tyre
