The wiring harness of the airbag inflator inside the steering wheel may chafe against the steering wheel bracket and get damaged, because it is improperly routed. If this problem is left unattended, an electrical short may occur causing the warning light to illuminate, and in the worst case, the airbag could unexpectedly deploy when the ignition switch is turned on.

For vehicles with automatic transmission, the oil seal of the automatic transmission or the transfer may be damaged, because an inappropriate tool was used to check the rotation of the output axis in the assembly process. If the damaged oil seal is left unattended, it may allow oil to leak, and in the worst case, the automatic transmission or the transfer would lack lubrication, which could cause the vehicle to stall.

The structure of the headlights switch is improper, and if left unfixed, the contact point of the switch may wear causing contact resistance to increase. If this occurs, the switch could get fused, fuming, which could in the worst case, lead to a fire.

For the engine with turbocharger, the sealing rubbers on the attachment parts of the injection valves for the fuel injection unit are made of improper material. If left unfixed, the rubber may deteriorate from heat and fuel, which could in the worst case allow fuel to leak.

The shift cable that connects the transmission and the shift lever does not have sufficient strength, and therefore the cable core line may break from stress caused by repeatedly operating the shift lever roughly. If this occurs, in the worst case, it could become impossible to operate the shift lever.

There is a glitch in the ABS (Anti-lock Braking System)-ECU (Engine Control Unit) program, and it may activate the ABS when the vehicle driving at low speed with the brake pedal depressed goes over a bump, in which case the braking distance may be longer than normal.
