The EGR pipe does not have sufficient strength, and therefore, it may crack due to expansion and contraction caused by the heat of the exhaust gas. When such a crack is present, there is a risk that abnormal noises may be generated and/or the exhaust gas may escape. If this problem is left unattended, the crack can progress and the pipe may eventually break, and in the worst case, the exhaust gas level could exceed the standards
