On certain vehicles, there may be foreign material left in the check valve of the vacuum brake booster hose due to improper manufacturing process of the hose. If the vehicle continues to be driven with the material in the check valve, the valve can malfunction, and in the worst case, this could result in reduced braking efficiency.

On certain vehicles, the screws securing the driver's door lock may become loose due to insufficient tightening, and they can fall off, in which case, the latch may not engage when the door is closed, and in the worst case, the door could open while the vehicle is in motion.

On certain vehicles, the inner cable for gear shift control is deformed due to improper installation of the gear shift control cable. If left unfixed, stress is concentrated on the deformed part during a gear shifting operation, and in the worst case, the cable could break making a gear shifting operation impossible.

For the cable end clip that secures the accelerator pedal pin and the accelerator cable end, the size of the insertion hole for the accelerator pedal pin is inadequate, and so the cable may not smoothly move. If this problem is left unattended, accelerating operations can bend the inner cable, which in the worst case could break causing the vehicle to stall.

For the combination switch unit attached to the steering wheel, the dust prevention method for the hazard lights button is improper, and therefore, foreign materials such as dust can enter the inside of the switch, causing the button to get stuck when pushed. In such a case, at worst, the indicator lights could fail, as they are on the same circuit as the hazard lights.
