For compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, the fuel pipes on the left and right fuel container do not have an appropriate shape. If this problem is left unattended, the pipes may crack and allow fuel gas to leak.

RJ-0499-0

The hose for the vacuum pump attached to the alternator does not have a proper shape, and it may be deformed if the tension of the fan belt is adjusted by moving the alternator. If the vehicle continues to be driven with the hose deformed, in the worst case, the hose could crack, which could cause the exhaust gas recirculation system to fail, or result in reduced braking efficiency if the vehicle has a vacuum hydraulic brake system.

RJ-1100-0

The spare tyre carrier brackets may crack from vibration during driving due to improper installation when relocating them. If this problem is left unattended, in the worst case, the bracket could break and fall off with the spare tyre, which could cause a hazard to other traffic.

RJ-0561-0

On certain vehicles, the regulator valve inside the high-pressure regulator supplying fuel to the engine may crack due to improper manufacturing process. The cracked regulator valve may cause an excessive fuel supply to the engine, and this could result in an engine stall.

KJ-0255-2

On certain vehicles, the load compartment floor made of CFRP does not have sufficient strength due to improper shape of the ribs inside, and the surface board on the back of the floor may crack from the load etc. If this occurs and loads etc. are placed on the floor, the floor may deform, which could cause the loads etc. not to stand straight or make it difficult to open/close the lower side flaps.

KJ-0255-1

The gull-wing doors for the load compartment, which are made of CFRP, do not have sufficient strength against strong winds etc., and they may break when operated while it is very windy and so on. If the door is broken, in the worst case, the side panel could separate from the door and fall.

RJ-1036-0

On certain van vehicles, the van body was mounted on the frame while there was still moisture in the connector of the electric wiring after rainwater etc. penetrated it. If left unfixed, the terminals in the connector may get rusty, causing a short circuit. At worst, the alarm for preventing a person from being trapped inside the cargo compartment goes off for no reason.
